Welcome to Wolf Travel. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://wolftravel.ma and our services, including day trips, desert tours, multi-day tours, and activities in Marrakech and Morocco.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using wolftravel.ma, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Wolf Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

To use our website and services, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old, or if under 18, have parental or guardian consent and supervision
  2. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  3. Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a booking enquiry
  4. Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account or enquiry
  5. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your information

You agree to use wolftravel.ma only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  1. Use the website in any way that violates any applicable Moroccan or international law
  2. Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers, or infrastructure
  5. Use any automated system to scrape or collect data from our website without prior written permission

3. Services Offered

Wolf Travel provides the following services in and around Marrakech, Morocco:

  1. Day Trips: Guided day trips from Marrakech to destinations including Agafay Desert, Essaouira, Imlil, Ouzoud Waterfalls, and more
  2. Multi-Day Tours: Curated tours of several days covering Morocco’s imperial cities, Sahara Desert, Atlas Mountains, and beyond
  3. Activities: Local experiences including quad biking, camel rides, hot air balloon flights, hiking, henna art, and cultural visits
  4. Custom Itineraries: Personalised tour packages tailored to your group size, interests, and travel dates

All services are subject to availability and confirmed only after written confirmation from Wolf Travel. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

4. Booking and Reservations

4.1 Making a Reservation

When you submit a booking enquiry or reservation request through wolftravel.ma, by email, or via WhatsApp, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information including your full name, contact details, preferred tour or activity, travel date, and number of participants
  2. Disclose any relevant health conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation
  3. Ensure all participant information provided is accurate
  4. Review and confirm all details before finalising your reservation

4.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Wolf Travel by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any reservation, including in cases of:

  1. Incomplete or inaccurate information
  2. Unavailability of the requested service or date
  3. Suspected fraud or misuse
  4. Violation of these Terms

4.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on wolftravel.ma are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Wolf Travel reserves the right to correct pricing errors, even after a reservation has been confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

Wolf Travel accepts payment through the methods agreed upon at the time of booking. Payment may be required:

  1. As a deposit at the time of confirmation
  2. In full prior to the tour or activity date
  3. In cash on the day of the tour, as agreed in writing

5.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is subject to our Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 6. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Day Trips and Activities

  1. More than 48 hours before the trip: Full refund or free rescheduling
  2. 24 to 48 hours before the trip: 80% refund
  3. Less than 24 hours before the trip: No refund
  4. No-show on the day: No refund

6.2 Multi-Day Tours

  1. More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund or free rescheduling
  2. 48 to 72 hours before departure: 80% refund
  3. Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund
  4. No-show on the day: No refund

6.3 Modifications

Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip. Modifications may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change.

6.4 Cancellations by Wolf Travel

In the event Wolf Travel cancels a trip due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient group size, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Service Terms — Day Trips & Activities

When booking a day trip or activity with Wolf Travel, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Pickup Times: Estimated pickup times from Marrakech are approximate and may vary due to traffic or road conditions
  2. Physical Requirements: Some activities such as hiking in the Atlas Mountains or quad biking in Agafay require a reasonable level of physical fitness. You are responsible for assessing your own ability to participate safely
  3. Safety Instructions: You must follow all safety instructions provided by Wolf Travel guides and staff. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the activity without refund
  4. Personal Belongings: Wolf Travel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless caused by our gross negligence
  5. Age Restrictions: Certain activities have minimum age requirements. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
  6. Behaviour: Wolf Travel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who poses a risk to others
  7. Weather: Outdoor trips may be affected by weather conditions. Wolf Travel will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer alternatives or a full refund where applicable

8. Service Terms — Multi-Day Tours

When booking a multi-day tour in Morocco, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Itinerary Changes: Wolf Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control, while maintaining the overall quality of your experience
  2. Required Documents: You must carry valid identification (passport or national ID) and any required permits throughout the tour
  3. Accommodation: Accommodation listed in tour descriptions is indicative. Wolf Travel reserves the right to use equivalent alternatives where necessary
  4. Group Size: Some tours operate with a minimum group size. If the minimum is not reached, Wolf Travel may offer to reschedule or provide a full refund
  5. Health & Fitness: You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate. Wolf Travel is not liable for health incidents arising from undisclosed conditions
  6. Travel Insurance: Wolf Travel strongly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on wolftravel.ma, including text, photographs, tour descriptions, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Wolf Travel or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under Moroccan and international copyright law.

You may not:

  1. Reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from wolftravel.ma without our prior written permission
  2. Use the Wolf Travel name, logo, or brand without authorisation
  3. Create derivative works from our tour content or photography
  4. Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect data from our website

You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to wolftravel.ma or our social media channels:

  1. You grant Wolf Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and share such content for marketing and promotional purposes
  2. You confirm that you own or have the right to share the content
  3. You agree that your content will not violate any law or infringe on any third-party rights
  4. Wolf Travel reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law:

  1. Wolf Travel provides services on an “as available” basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service
  2. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
    1. Road or traffic conditions in Morocco
    2. Severe weather or natural events
    3. Government restrictions or border closures
    4. Strikes, emergencies, or acts of force majeure
  3. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
  4. Wolf Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
  5. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our proven gross negligence

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf Travel, its team members, guides, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  1. Your use of our website or services
  2. Your violation of these Terms
  3. Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  4. Any false or inaccurate information you provided at the time of booking

13. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully to understand how Wolf Travel handles your information.

14. Third-Party Links

wolftravel.ma may contain links to third-party platforms including Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Wolf Travel is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these platforms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15. Force Majeure

Wolf Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, government actions, or any other force majeure event affecting operations in Morocco.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wolf Travel services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Wolf Travel Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolf Travel regarding your use of wolftravel.ma and our services.
